Sour Cream Rolled Cookies
2/3 C. Margarine or butter 5 C. flour
2 C. Sugar 2 tsp baking powder
2 Large eggs 3/4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp Vanilla 1 tsp. Salt
1 C. sour cream
Gradually add sugar to margarine and crem thoroughly.
Add eggs and beat until fluffy. Add vanilla and sour cream
and beat again. Add flour and dry ingredients to batter.
Chill. Roll out 1/3 inch thick and cut. Bake at 350° for 8-10
minutes or until lightly browned.
